A good book for every coaching rookie. However not “tough enough” for real cases with more exeprienced workers (especially those in comfort zone). Few more practical cases woul make this book a must, but for now it’s o.k.

Es una excelente guía para los que comenzamos en esto del coaching, es, obviamente, en inglés. Sin embargo no necesitas un nivel exageradamente alto para poder entenderlo.
Es agradable de leer, te sirve como libro o como guía para obtener habilidades especificas.
La guia incluye respuestas a preguntas basicas como: Como es una sesion de coaching? que sucede en un sesion? donde estudiar?
Para los coachs ya con tiempo en esto, ofrece algunas herramientas que pudieran ser utiles para refrescar su reperterio o mejorarlo.
Se centra en el arte de preguntar, te da muchos tips e ideas, pero te impulsa a aprender a generar tus propias preguntas a traves de ejercicios y practicas con otras personas.
Lo recomiendo altamente, si lees en inglés, y quieres comenzar en esto, te lo recomiendo altamente.
