Why does almost every NFL Player say ‘Baby!’ ?

Executive Leadership Coaching

It’s always a trend in the end of their sentences. I don’t usually hear anyone say that in real life. For example: ‘This is where we take our stand baby!”. Normal leadership coaching but that word is so common.

Is it because it’s been a tradition of some sort?

no i think it just sorta flows without soundin homo

I think it’s more of a habit. It’s almost like people saying ” ya know” or “umm” after ever sentence. But I have to say, I’ve never heard “baby” being said in the NFL as much as you’re discribing it. I will have to be on a look out for that.

I agree, i hate it. Why is that word also mentioned in EVERY song ever recorded as well ha

haha i say that alot when i get on the field (except i’m no NFL player) lol
like they said, it is more of a habit than anything else. and it flows good b/c i’d rather say “baby” than sound like a dork saying “dude” or “guys” even though many say that too. it is usually the loud players that like to pump their team up that say “baby” although some tradition is involved. my grandfather played for the University of Arkansas in the 1940′s and even back then they said “baby” just not as much.
