I have been able to witness leadership from defferent ends of the spectrum. What I enjoy most about this video is that it is simplistic yet at the same time left me with hope and a sense of motivation.

I have certainly made many embarrassing mistakes along my journey and in public (and I continue to do so from time to time), but when our call is strong we just have to brush ourselves down and get on with it, because the calling never ceases, no matter the human weakness. As someone with disabilities I am probably more used to falling and getting up again and again… We remain blessed in our weaknesses. Amen
