If you choose to get trained as a “life coach”, will these teachings help u to HELP YOURSELF as well?
before I help other’s and presently in many ways I can, however am presently on a new path to self improvement.
I seek to learn how to support myself, develop myself in certain area’s, and am hoping some of these teachings, guidance on training to help other’s will also spill over into my personal life as well.
If you are a life coach or something similiar do you find your training helped you help yourself in certain ways b4 you began helping other’s?

life is a big test and congras on improving yourself, i learn things from people all the time, i watch what they do and how they act and self-reflect on how that might help me or others or how it can bhurt them/myself and i don’t do it

There are many new coaches who never go onto coach simply because their schooling was for them personally.
If you really work at applying your new skills as a coach to your life…guess what…your life will change!!!
You will also learn a great deal as your clients!
While the client is first just know that you will learn a great deal about you as you work with others. This is even true as a general rule in business.
Owning a business will teach you a great deal about yourself!
